We operate a diverse fleet of precision blow molding machines, each chosen for its ability to meet the exacting demands of custom bottle manufacturing.
12-Station Wheel Machine
High output & fully automated. Capable of producing HDPE bottles with up to 5 layers. Completes the entire manufacturing sequence in one continuous operation.
- Applies the front marketing label directly during molding (In-Mold Label process)
- Trims neck flash and base of the bottle
- Machines the neck to meet critical sealing dimensions
- Flames the neck to burn off any residual plastic from machining
- Runs vision inspection for pass/fail on neck quality
- Runs vision inspection for IML label placement and orientation
- Performs a leak test on every bottle
- Automatically ejects bottles that fail any in-line tests
Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
Used for automatic dimensional inspection of bottles. Measures all critical attributes as defined in the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) developed in conjunction with the customer. All measurement data is captured electronically and can be provided to the customer on request for each production lot.
Shuttle Machines
One and Two head operations for HDPE bottles, with fully automated secondary processes.
